This arresting modern extension transformed a 1960s brick bungalow into a luxe oasis. Its skillion roof, Clerestory highlight windows and Silvertop ash cladding deliver statement style.

With a pitched ceiling and polished concrete floor, this Scandinavian-inspired home showcases bespoke detail. We added a living space, master bedroom with ensuite, art studio and workshop. Timber accents were carried throughout from a modish window seat to sliding studio doors veneered to match the kitchen cabinetry.

All existing windows were upgraded to double-glazed, Rylock for energy efficiency, light and comfort. Double-hung, Clerestory highlight and openable roof windows feature in the extension for expansive light-filled ambience.

Fusing sleek lines with organic hues, this striking abode demonstrates our commitment to superior craftsmanship.
