This contemporary residence exudes effortless charm with its clean-lined profile, skillion roof and weatherboard façade. 

A new build on a subdivision, this family home features relaxed open-plan living. With neutral finishes and feature windows throughout, it has an airy, light-filled ambience. 

We worked with Kim to deliver her dream home economically, without compromising on aesthetic. Space was a premium and so we worked hard to maximise functionality. 

We helped Kim add her signature to the design through the addition of antique doors that had belonged to her grandfather, and other details. This fusion of contemporary and old-world elements gives the home its character and distinctive style.

{Throughout the course of my build, I was kept up to date with the progress at every stage. Individual trades were highly organised, always to a high standard, keeping down time to a minimum. They followed the high standard that Jesse and his builders provided in completing my build. Jesse was always on hand to accommodate every personal detail of my plan or advised me of the best course of action to achieve my dream home.
